Yes! Every property listing has a "Schedule Visit" button on the contact card. Simply click it, pick a date and time that works for you, and our verified agent will confirm the appointment within 2 hours.
You can also use the WhatsApp button for instant communication with the listing agent.
The price shown is the listed asking price set by the seller or agent. Final sale price is negotiable between buyer and seller. PlotPar does not charge any commission on buyer transactions.

Security deposits vary by city and property type, but typically range from 1 to 3 months' rent for most residential properties. In metro cities like Mumbai and Bangalore, deposits can go up to 6–10 months.
The deposit amount is always listed on the property detail page under "Property Details → Deposit".
PlotPar primarily lists long-term rental properties (11-month agreements are standard in India to avoid stamp duty). However, some listings are tagged "Short-term / Flexible" which allow monthly or even weekly arrangements.
Use the filter "Rental Duration → Short Term" to find these listings.
Yes. All agents and landlords on PlotPar go through a verification process that includes identity verification and property ownership confirmation. Verified listings display a blue checkmark badge.
We strongly recommend dealing only with verified listings and never paying any advance without visiting the property and signing a registered rental agreement.

Your listing goes live within 24 hours after our team reviews it.
You can upload up to 30 high-resolution photos per listing. We recommend uploading at least 8–10 photos covering the exterior, living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and any unique features.
Listings with 10+ photos receive 3× more inquiries on average compared to those with fewer images.
PlotPar offers a free basic listing that includes up to 5 photos, standard placement in search results, and agent contact. Premium plans unlock more photos, featured placement, analytics, and priority support.

PlotPar is a zero-commission platform for buyers and renters. We do not charge any brokerage fee on buyer or tenant transactions. Our revenue comes from seller/landlord listing plans and premium features.
Always verify with the listing agent if any separate brokerage applies — some independent agents may charge their own fees outside of PlotPar.

Go to the Login page and click "Forgot Password". Enter your registered email address and we'll send you a reset link valid for 30 minutes. If you don't see the email, check your spam folder.
For mobile users, you can also reset via OTP sent to your registered phone number.
You can request account deletion from My Account → Settings → Delete Account. All your personal data will be permanently removed within 30 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Note: Active listings will be automatically unpublished. Pending transactions should be resolved before deletion.
